All-Clad Stainless features a magnetic grade of stainless steel on the exterior for induction compatibility. It has an aluminium core and the same high quality stainless interior layer, as do all of the other All-Clad products.
Ideal for stir frying an individual meal or a side dish. Interior and exterior surfaces are easy-care stainless steel that resist sticking and will not react with acidic foods or liquids. Two loop handles make for effortless handling, and the domed lid increases pan capacity and enhances heat circulation for steaming and braising.
