All-Clad Stainless features a magnetic grade of stainless steel on the exterior for induction compatibility. It has an aluminium core and the same high quality stainless interior layer, as do all of the other All-Clad products.

All-Clad Stainless Steel Saute Pans sizes: 20cm (Capacity 2.0QT), 26cm (Capacity 3.0QT), 32cm, (6.0QT). Please note that the QT size is American quarts, i.e. 32 fl. oz., rather than British quarts, i.e. 40 fl. oz.
