All-Clad Stainless features a magnetic grade of stainless steel on the exterior for induction compatibility. It has an aluminium core and the same high quality stainless interior layer, as do all of the other All-Clad products.

All-Clad Stainless Steel Sauce Pans with Lid sizes: 15cm (Capacity 1.0QT or 2.0QT) and 20cm (Capacity 3.0QT or 4.0QT). Please note that the QT size is American quarts, i.e. 32 fl. oz., rather than British quarts, i.e. 40 fl. oz.
The 4.0 QT has a loop to make lifting easier.
