How To Purchase
We want to make buying from fabstuff.net as simple as possible.
These are the steps:
- Browse
- Enter the number of items you want
- Click on 'add to basket'
- Continue shopping or checkout by clicking on the basket on the top right of the screen
- View your basket contents
- Check out
- Log on
- Click on ‘Pay Now’
- Fill in a few details to complete the order
We accept Visa, Mastercard.
Your credit card is charged as soon as you complete the transaction. If there are any problems with your order, we will refund the monies back onto your card.
Otherwise you can send us a cheque in GBP making it payable to Fabstuff Ltd. Email us and let us know the item(s) you require and the details of where you would like the item(s) to be posted. Please don't forget to add shipping costs if applicable.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy enables you to return any product for whatever reason within 28 days of receiving it.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your goods. If you are at all unhappy with your purchases, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt in the original packaging. The items must be in its original condition.
Please email us at hello@fabstuff.net immediately you have a problem quoting your order number. If the item is still in stock, we can either send you a replacement or refund the cost of the item or you may wish to choose a different item.
When returning goods we will also need to know why you are returning, by what method and date they will arive and your contact details.
To return any items, please email us at hello@fabstuff.net. Please do not return your products without contacting us first.
It is recommended that - for your own protection - you should send the products back using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery so you have proof of delivery.
We will refund the postage costs you have incurred if you are returning a faulty item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 28-day no quibble guarantee. Unwanted items must be returned in their complete original packaging.
Privacy Policy
fabstuff.net does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping trolley once you have selected an item.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Delivery
Delivery times vary not only according to the size and weight of the product but also the type of product ordered. Some of the items are made by designers and may be created especially for you so please allow up to 28 days and will be stated with the product. Otherwise allow up to 14 days for delivery.
UK Goods will be sent by Royal Mail, Courier or Speical Delivery and will usually arrive within 14 days.
We will contact you if there is likely to be any delay with your order and you can then have the choice of either waiting for the item or cancelling your order.
Unfortunately, delays can occur owing to circumstances outside of our control (for example, Postal Strikes) and therefore, we incur no liability for delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Quotes for international shipping should be obtained in advance. If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order please telephone +44 1483 596591 or email us on hello@fabstuff.net and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for delivery.
Shipping
The following apply to the UK:
Our delivery charge structure could not be simpler - we charge £3.95 for normal delivery and £8.45 for express signed for delivery.
Express goods will be sent to you either by Courier or Special Delivery which will require a signature at destination.

VAT
UK orders include 17.5% VAT.
Site Security
We use Barclays Merchant Services as our third party payment provider to take all credit card orders. We accept Visa and Mastercard. They will validate all credit card details against the cardholder's address.
If you prefer not to give your credit card details over the internet, please call us and we can process your order over the telephone.
Agreeing to our Terms and Conditions
When you place an order with us, you will be asked to confirm that you agree with our Terms and Conditions laid out on these pages. Please read these pages as clicking on the confirmation on the checkout pages states that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and the changes will be effective from when they are displayed on our website.
We do not take responsibility for any errors in the pricing of our products on our website as mistakes do occur from time to time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you will then be able decide if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order and any monies you have paid to us will be refunded.

Our telephone lines are open 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Over the Christmas period our lines will be closed at 5pm 23 December 2008. They will re-open on 5th January 2009 at 9am. Our email helpdesk can be contacted at hello@fabstuff.net and will be open in addition to the above hours on December 29th and 31st 2008 to answer any queries by email.
